When is the pilot going to come out?
Unfortunately we don’t have a set date but it will be towards the end of 2026 - mid-2027. Of course we will keep you updated via Kickstarter.

Why some of the digital prizes be sent after the pilot is released?
Since these are prizes will spoiler the episode itself - such as commentary on the episode itself from the creators - we will not be able to reveal the episode before it is released.

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
# Terms and Conditions
Thank you for supporting **VAMPAIR: The Animated Pilot**!
By completing this survey and/or purchasing Add-ons through BackerKit, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.
## 1. Kickstarter Rewards
Your Kickstarter support entitles you to the reward(s) associated with the support level you selected during the campaign, subject to the terms of the campaign and our ability to produce and fulfill those rewards.
Rewards may include both digital and physical items, depending on the support level selected.
Please note that a Kickstarter campaign is not the same as a conventional retail purchase. Estimated rewards, designs, packaging, contents, and other details may be subject to reasonable changes during production and fulfillment.
## 2. Completing Your Survey
**Completing your BackerKit survey is the responsibility of the backer.**
The survey must be completed by the deadline specified by the VAMPAIR team. Failure to complete the survey may be considered a decision to forgo the rewards associated with your support.
If you are unable to complete your survey or encounter an issue, please contact us at **[[email protected]](mailto:[email protected])**. We will do our best to resolve the situation on an individual basis.
Please be aware that resolving an incomplete or late survey may require additional shipping or other fulfillment costs.
## 3. Shipping and Addresses
Shipping costs are collected through BackerKit and are separate from your original Kickstarter contribution.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address through BackerKit.
The deadline for making changes to your shipping information is **October 31, 2026**.
After the survey closes, changes to your shipping information may no longer be possible. All shipping information must be managed through BackerKit; please do not rely on email requests to change your address after the survey has closed.
If an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address results in a package being returned, lost, or undeliverable, the backer may be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the package.
If a package is returned to us, we will contact the backer and attempt to find an appropriate solution on an individual basis. Additional shipping charges may apply.
We are not responsible for delivery directly to your door. Delivery is handled by the applicable postal or shipping carrier.
## 4. Shipping Countries and Restrictions
We intend to ship rewards to most countries where shipping is reasonably possible.
However, we reserve the right to restrict or prohibit shipping to certain countries or territories due to legal restrictions, international sanctions, carrier limitations, customs restrictions, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If we are unable to ship your reward to your country, we will contact you and attempt to find an appropriate solution where possible.
## 5. Customs, VAT, and Import Fees
Any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by your country or local authorities are the responsibility of the backer.
The VAMPAIR team is not responsible for these fees.
Please make sure you understand the applicable import requirements and potential charges in your country before completing your survey.
## 6. Add-ons
Add-ons are available exclusively to eligible Kickstarter backers through the BackerKit survey.
Add-ons may include items associated with reward tiers other than the tier originally selected by the backer.
All Add-ons offered through this survey are digital items and are not subject to physical stock limitations.
Add-ons cannot be used to upgrade your original Kickstarter support tier. Purchasing an Add-on does not change or upgrade your original reward tier.
Additional voluntary contributions may be possible through BackerKit, but such contributions do not constitute an upgrade to your original support level.
## 7. Add-on Cancellations and Refunds
Add-ons may be cancelled and refunded until **October 31, 2026**.
After this date, Add-on cancellations or refunds may no longer be possible.
If an Add-on payment has already been processed, a cancellation may be subject to a service or processing fee charged in connection with the transaction. Any such fee will be outside of the control of the VAMPAIR team.
## 8. Refunds
Refund requests relating to Add-ons must be submitted no later than **October 31, 2026**.
Shipping fees and other amounts may be subject to the applicable policies and processing fees of BackerKit or the payment provider.
Once the applicable deadline has passed, refunds or cancellations may no longer be possible.

## 9. Estimated Delivery
Our current estimated delivery date for physical rewards is **January 2027**.
This date is an estimate and **is not a guaranteed delivery date**.
Production, manufacturing, fulfillment, customs, postal services, international shipping, or other unforeseen circumstances may cause delays.
If significant delays occur, we will provide updates to our backers whenever possible.
## 10. Digital Rewards
Digital rewards will be delivered using the methods specified by the VAMPAIR team and/or BackerKit.
Digital rewards are intended for the personal use of the backer and may not be redistributed, resold, or publicly shared unless explicitly permitted by the VAMPAIR team.
## 11. Personal Information
The personal information you provide through the BackerKit survey will be used by the VAMPAIR team only as necessary to fulfill your Kickstarter rewards and communicate with you regarding your fulfillment.
This may include using your name, email address, shipping address, and other relevant information to process and deliver your rewards.
We will not use your personal information for unrelated purposes, sell it, or share it with unrelated third parties.
Information may be provided to shipping, fulfillment, or service providers only when reasonably necessary to fulfill and deliver your rewards.
We will not use your shipping information for marketing purposes unrelated to the fulfillment of your Kickstarter rewards.
## 12. Changes and Updates
The VAMPAIR team reserves the right to make reasonable changes to rewards, designs, packaging, delivery methods, or fulfillment procedures when necessary to complete the project.
If significant changes or delays occur, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate them to our backers.
